Minnesota is a beautiful place, with a solid outdoors scene. And for good reason.

The North Shore is a jagged mountain range along Lake Superior, while just to the west is the Boundary Waters Canoe Area — the most visited wilderness area in the U.S. Both of these popular destinations offer outstanding views and experiences. I try to frequent both of these areas as much as possible every year.

However, beyond the North Shore and the BWCA are the many state parks. I’ve been crossing many off my list, but I still have a lot to go. As I see new sites, I’ll upload new photos here.
